Terms of service
1.1. Payment can be made using the following methods: VISA-Dankort, Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
1.2. All orders are subject to acceptance by Wibe For Good ApS.
1.3. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) excl. duty/VAT, unless otherwise stated.
1.4. The customer (recipient) is responsible for any additional customs or VAT charges when orders are sent outside Denmark.
2.1. The delivery costs are calculated on the basis of the specified delivery address and the weight of the product.
2.2. The expected delivery time is 2 weeks for standard products and 4 weeks for custom-made products. Delivery time may vary depending on stock and delivery address.
3.1. The customer may cancel orders prior to shipment without charge, except for non-standard products which have been specially developed or developed at the customer's request.
3.2. A cancellation must be made per email to firstname.lastname@example.org. It must be clear from the message that you wish to cancel your order.
4.1. There is a 14-day right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
4.2. Non-standard products that have been designed or developed according to the customer's wishes cannot be returned.
4.3. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return.
4.4. The customer is responsible for any deterioration in the object's value due to handling other than that which is necessary to determine the object's nature, characteristics and function.
4.5. A return message must be sent per email to email@example.com. It must be clear from the notice that you wish to exercise your right to return.
4.6. Returned goods must be sent to the address below. We do not accept shipments to a parcel box or with cash on delivery.

5.1. Resale of products purchased in the webshop is not permitted.
6.1. The standard warranty for all products sold by Wibe For Good ApS is 1 year. If you buy as a Danish consumer, the guarantee is 2 years in accordance with Danish legislation.
6.2. Wibe For Good ApS guarantees that the hardware product is free from material and manufacturing defects and that the product conforms to the specifications.
6.3. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation or use. This includes the use of non-original parts.
6.4. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and consumables.
6.5. The warranty does not cover excessive use. The standard warranty for cleaning equipment is limited to 1 year or up to 500 cleaning processes, whichever occurs first.
6.6. If Wibe For Good ApS receives notification of a defect or lack of conformity during the warranty period, Wibe For Good ApS will, at its option, repair or replace the affected product.
6.7. The customer pays the shipping costs for returning such a product to Wibe For Good ApS. If Wibe For Good ApS is unable to repair or replace the affected Product within a reasonable time, the Customer will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price by promptly returning the Product to Wibe For Good ApS. Wibe For Good ApS pays the costs of shipping the repaired or replaced product.
THE WARRANTIES IN THESE TERMS ARE EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7. Rental of equipment
7.1. Please refer to the linked document on terms and conditions for renting equipment.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. In no event shall Wibe For Good ApS, its subcontractors or suppliers be liable for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, whether such claims are based on contract, tort, warranty or other legal theory, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Protection of personal data
9.1. Wibe For Good ApS guarantees that Wibe For Good ApS, with respect to all personal data that may be processed in connection with the purchase order, will duly comply with its obligations under all applicable privacy and data protection laws ("data protection requirements") as well as all regulations, guidance and directives implementing such data protection requirements, including European Parliament Directive 95/46/EC, its successor EU General Data Protection Regulation 2017 and any successors thereto.
10.1. A complaint about a product can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. www.naevneneshus.dk
10.2. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint on the EU Commission's online complaint platform. https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
