terms and conditions
1.1. Payment can be made using the following methods: VISA-Dankort, Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, MobilePay, Vipps and Swish.
1.2. All orders are subject to acceptance by Wibe For Good ApS.
1.3. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding Tax/VAT (moms), unless otherwise is stated.
1.4. The Customer (recipient) is liable for any additional Customs or VAT charges when orders are shipped outside Denmark.
2.1. Delivery cost is calculated based on the stated delivery address and product weight.
2.2. The estimated delivery time is 2 weeks for standard products and 4 weeks for custom products. Delivery time may vary depending on, stock, lead time and delivery address.
3.1. Customer may cancel orders prior to shipment at no charge, except for non-standard products which have been subject to custom design or development as per Customer request.
3.2. A cancel notice must be given per. mail to email@example.com. The notice must clearly state that you wish to cancel your order.
4.1. There is a 14-day return right on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
4.2. Non-standard products which have been subject to custom design or development as per Customer request cannot be returned.
4.3. The Customer is liable for the cost of the return.
4.4. The Customer is liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way in which it works.
4.5. A return notice must be given per. mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The notice must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right to return.
4.6. Returned good shall be shipped to the below address. We do not accept shipments to a packing box or with a cash on delivery charge.

5.1. Resale of products bought in the webshop is not allowed.
6.1. The standard warranty for all products sold by Wibe For Good ApS is 1 year. If you shop as a Danish consumer, the warranty is 2 years according to Danish law.
6.2. Wibe For Good ApS warrants the hardware Product against defects in materials and workmanship and that the Product will conform to Specifications.
6.3. The warranty does not cover any damages due to incorrect installation or use. This includes the use of nonoriginal parts.
6.4. The warranty does not cover normal wear and consumables.
6.5. The warranty does not cover excessive use. The standard warranty for cleaning equipment is limited to 1 year or up to 500 cleaning processes, whichever occur first.
6.6. If Wibe For Good ApS receives notice of a defect or nonconformance during the warranty period, Wibe For Good ApS will, at its option, repair or replace the affected Product.
6.7. Customer will pay shipping expenses for return of such Product to Wibe For Good ApS. If Wibe For Good ApS is unable, within a reasonable time, to repair, or replace the affected Product, Customer will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price upon prompt return of the Product to Wibe For Good ApS. Wibe For Good ApS will pay expenses for shipment of the repaired or replacement Product.
THE WARRANTIES IN THESE TERMS ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
7. Eqipment Rental
7.1. Please refer to the linked document "Terms and Conditions of Equipment Rental" for terms and conditions on equipment rental.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1. In no event will Wibe For Good ApS, its subcontractors or suppliers be liable for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages regardless of whether such claims are based on contract, tort, warranty, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Data privacy
9.1. Wibe For Good ApS warrants that, with respect to any personal data that may be processed in connection with the purchase order, it will duly observe its obligations under all applicable privacy and data protection laws (“Data Protection Requirements”), as well as any regulations, guidance and directives implementing such Data Protection Requirements, including Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament its successor the EU General Data Protection Regulations 2017 and any successor thereto.

10.2. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can indicate your complaint in the EU Commission's online complaint platform. https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
